At Rugsfair, all products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

Because each rug is custom-made based on customer specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference differences

  • Ordering the wrong item


2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for made-to-order or personalized items.

By placing an order on rugsfair.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is manufactured specifically for you

  • Refunds are not available once the order is confirmed


3. Damaged or Defective Items (Exception)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label

If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement or

  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

This exception applies only to items that arrive damaged or defective.


4. Incorrect Address

Rugsfair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refund or replacement.


5. Color & Design Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or pattern are normal and are not considered defects

These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions and additional documentation requests.

We encourage customers to contact info@rugsfair.com before filing any disputes so we can assist promptly.

By completing a purchase on rugsfair.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return Policy.
